NIP Inhale-Exhale Yoga

This is a 60 minutes yoga class combining breath and movement. We will focus on strengthening your will-power through keeping the mind relaxed while keeping the body engaged. You can expect poses that include balancing, twisting, inverting, and all movements of the spice while flowing from one pose to the next. We will also utilize the unique tensing and relaxing exercises taught by Emily Basili. This class will end with a guided meditation to fortify your power of will. It’s time for you to take charge of your life!

Keep Calm & Yoga On

Thursdays 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM

NIP Keep Calm & Yoga On“The mind is like water. When it’s turbulent, it’s difficult to see. When it’s calm, everything becomes clear.” Prasad Mahes. This class is a deep practice of self-care in 60 minutes. Wind down from a crazy week, day, or life with Emily Basili as your guide. you can expect to experience an intentionally calming environment, comfortable-supported body positions, visualizations, and a stilling meditation. you’ll leave this class with a clear mind, a relaxed body, and a fresh outlook. *Limited space available*
